- I run a photography business & a coaching business! They run parallel to each other but the offers and client support is different.
- I'm looking to really elevate my entire operations and scale the business through coaching and education so I need someone who is well versed in launches.
- I am not a micromanager! I'm actually very chill! I have a big vision and am clear on where I'm headed but I need someone who is more into the details and execution behind the vision.
- I can be pretty scattered brain at times! I need someone who is part strategy and part execution. I literally want to grow my business with my bomb a$$ business team by my side!

OKAY RHEA - I'M LIKING THIS! WHAT DO YOU NEED ME TO DO?
Sound like you?! This role is a contractor role that will start at 20-25 hours/month with a pay range of $30-45/hour and scale up as needed. Experience working with entrepreneurs is required. And bonus points if you were once a creative entrepreneur yourself and have transitioned into another direction that's more fitting for you.
I'm so glad you asked! Here are some of the things you can expect to do day to day:
1. Business Management
- Inbox support to requests, inquires, and calls (cause WHEW LORD! I needs HELP!)
- Back end tasks for coaching and photography clients
- Update and maintain automations for HoneyBook, Airtable, Active Campaign & Click-Up
- Be my right hand as the team grows in order to assist with fluidity within the operations
2. Launch Assisting (I have one coming up in December!)
- Setting up email sequences/funnels
- Help me to strategize launch plans
- Literally just keeping me on track with launch calendar
3. Project Management
- Communication touch points with photography and coaching clients
- Revise automations in HoneyBook for a more seamless workflow
- Improve project management flow as needed
Operations Manager/ Project manager
YOu're perfect if...
- You are super organized and love the fine details of operations (because I don't)
- You have great availability. I'm in CST time zone and prefer if you are also in CST or either EST time zone.
- You are able to work during my working hours of 10am - 5pm CST.
- You're interested in being pushed, challenged and learning new things!
- You have experience as a VA/OBM and feel comfortable being client facing
- You are familiar with HoneyBook, AirTable, Active Campaign and/or ClickUp
- You've assisted with launches before and understand the flow of a successful launch
